Bao Zhong Oolong is known as one of the most famous Pouchong Oolong teas throughout the tea drinking world. Pouchongs are carefully withered, delicately rolled, lightly oxidized, and occasionally wrapped for a period of time to set in aroma into the tea leaf. This results in delicate flavors and aromas.

Our Organic GABA Super Oolong Tea is flown to Strand Tea Company in Oregon straight from Taiwan for freshness and quality. Premium High Grown tea plants are selected for production, shaded for about 15 days prior to harvest, then moderately oxidized in stainless steel containers where oxygen is replaced with nitrogen while the temperature and PH is carefully controlled. The result is a very pleasing light to medium tea, with almost no bitterness, which is high in the super anti-oxidant, GABA.

A lovely White tea with Green tea notes and a faint chestnut aroma, Huo Shan (Huoshan) Yellow Bud comes from the mountains of Anhui Province. It is one of the famous teas of China and often mentioned as a Tribute or Gifting Tea. Huo Shan has beautiful uniform leaf and bud sets which brew a mild, sweet olive yellow cup.
